Donna Willis is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She serves as Tax Principal at Rodefer Moss & Co., PLLC.  Her clients include small and medium-sized businesses as well as high net-worth individuals and trusts.​

​Ms. Willis consults with clients regarding a wide variety of financial service areas including but not limited to accounting, tax compliance and tax planning.​

​Ms. Willis is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. Ms. Willis is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
