Rickey Luttrell serves as the Executive Director of Advisory Services for Rodefer Moss Transaction Advisors, where he leads the firm’s efforts in quality of earnings analyses, mergers and acquisitions support, and business valuations. His transactional expertise spans buy-side and sell-side due diligence, helping clients identify key financial trends, evaluate deal risks, and assess value drivers throughout the M&A process.

In addition to his leadership in transaction advisory, Rickey brings deep experience in SEC broker-dealer audit work. His knowledge of PCAOB standards and SEC regulatory requirements positions him as a trusted advisor to broker-dealer clients, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting in a highly regulated environment.

Previously, Rickey served as Managing Partner of Rodefer Moss from 2008 to 2022, where he played a central role in the firm’s growth and strategic development. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Tennessee and an active member of the AICPA, TSCPA, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
